Cartwheel-a-thon Success!

Our first cartwheel-a-thon at Salmon Bay was held this past Saturday November the 6th.  We raised over $1100 for the Seattle Children's Hospital and the pledge forms are still coming in.  We'd like to say thank you to all of our participants and give congratulations to Leila Ismail who completed 188 cartwheels in five minutes, the highest number all day.  

A special thanks goes out to our silent auction donors Clover Children's Store, FIT by Red personal training, Fresh Flours, Norm's Eatery, Secret Garden Books, and Coach Courtney Aalbu for their generous donations to our event.  Also, to our Tumbling and Trampoline Team for their incredible demonstration! Great job girls!  

Don't forget that if you participated in the Cartwheel-a-thon you still have time to collect donations and raise more money to help our cause.  All pledge forms and donations must be turned in to the SGASB front desk by Saturday, November 20th.  Checks can be made out to Seattle Children's Hospital Foundation.
