MAGIC classes now offered at Salmon Bay

Salmon bay is proud to now offer Hot Shot classes!  This is a 60 min beginning development class for 4 and 5 year olds.  Class focus is on body shaping and perfecting basic gymnastics skills. Seattle Gymnastics Academy's development classes are taught in the MAGIC program.  MAGIC stands for

These are the qualities we are instill in our young, pre-competitive gymnasts.  In the MAGIC program, classes create a solid, technically correct foundation that can lead to a successful competitive gymnastics career. These classes focus on strength, flexibility, skill and form. MAGIC classes are taught by our competitive staff and graduates can go into recreational, League, Recreational/Optional or Junior Olympic programs.
