Adult Class

PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE WILL BE NO ADULT CLASS THE WEEKS OF JUNE 21 - JULY 4, 2010 FOR OUR SUMMER BREAK.

What: A place for adults (anyone over 18 years) to try gymnastics for the first time or to brush up on the skills they already have.

When: Tuesday and Thursday

Time: 8:00 pm - 10:00 pm +

Where: Seattle Gymnastics Academy, the Shiveley Gym Address: 12535 26th Ave. NE, Seattle WA 98125

Cost: $25.00 per class or you can buy a punch card. 5 punches are $85.00, 10 punches are $160.00.

Requirements: A valid health insurance card of which we can make a copy.

This is a drop-in class, so you don't have to make an appointment. You may come when it works in your schedule. The first class is a free trial so you won't have to pay for that one; every class after is $25.00 per 2+ hour class. This class is for all skill levels, beginning to advanced. If you are not familiar with gymnastics, or if this is your first time, the instructor will evaluate you and lead the class to best suit everyone, allowing you to go at your own pace. The instructor will be there for spotting and corrections for your safety, however everyone will be working on their own skills.
