At SGA, girls have the opportunity to progress from Levels 1 through 6 in a fun, non-competitive atmosphere.  Our beginning levels are one hour, one day per week and give girls the opportunity to work on all four Olympic events: vault, bars, beam and floor.  In addition to these events, our in-ground trampoline, loose foam pit and Tumble Trak are consistently used in class for lots of fun as well as enforcing safe skill progression.
