Class Instruction
Recommended Ages: 5 yrs. +
Regularly scheduled school group classes are a fun way for your students to learn gymnastics together. They will have fun bouncing tumbling and swinging as they explore our facility's trampolines, foam pit, rings and bars with their coach for one hour each week. Taught using the same gymnastics progressions as our recreational program, school groups promote healthy, active, happy children while building body awareness, coordination, balance, strength and flexibility.
